Item in ok condition but seller could be clearer in terms of charging $20 delivery on top of this item priced at $20 even though I have asked to be able to do a payment prior to the delivery as that will make the final price firm.

Seller did not give an accurate fair review back of me based on lack of clarity of discussion prior to meet up. Essentially I did not short change the final amount and had just seek clarity on delivery charge on top of item charge.
