Bloody cheat! Sell me product cannot use!

Eventhough,I told him that im interested with his camera , we accepted to trade my item to his but my item has no major scratches and no function problem at all so i told suggested him to help me fix the small crack part so that it could be fairfor me and him to trade he said he don't want to fix and trade and i ask him for trade with top up ,he say cannot and lastly i ask my dad about it. he said cannot and i tell him that.He reserve his item for so long but i gave my final answer earlier.
