not happy about the frame honestly.. 1. a part of the back of the frame has scratches and i was never told about it. 2. it doesn’t fit my A2 poster right.. it was rlly bad for my precious poster. 3. the frame was super super super hard to open. i still can’t open it now properly without hurting my hand or opening it properly.. but overall, there was no problem. the seller was good! still recommend

We should have spent some time on the spot for you to check the item. 1) Can you take a picture on the back frame to show where are the scratches. I suspect could be due to the hanging against the wall. 2) can you also show a picture of your A2 poster againt the size of the frame?
