I have amended this review to "neutral" since the buyer has apologized for forgetting the appointment. I'd suggest she communicates more clearly and promptly in future as the failed deal did cause me much inconvenience.
My sincere apologies that i totally missed out the appointment. I have been working and have hit a quick reply to say ok, thinking the appointment is the next day. I didnt reply because i have been working and have not been checking the app and I do not get any message notifications from the app.i have responded and apologise as soon i logged into the app. While it is my fault, i think it’s not fair to comment i did not have the decency to respond at all when we did not exchange phone number.
