This sudden change suggests that the buyer issued the bid offer impromptuly without seriously considering whether the need was genuine. in any future transaction, one would wonder whether the bid offer is genuine or not. i will be much reserved for these buyers.

his comment is an obvious excuse for not furthering the dialogue in order to accomplish the transaction because he could has voiced out his meeting difficulties/problems as of that time then rather than as of the present moment. This ingenuine excuse is hardly convincing nor reasonable, thus reflecting the truthfulness of the seller's comments.
3 年前（已編輯）已相約時間後我才出價。但在出價後，賣家告知當天不在港。再約另一時間時，才得知賣家是大忙人，在末來14日中只有4日在港。我又不是每天會經樂富，故取消交易。
