Previously bought a secret lab chair and seller was very helpful all the way up till delivery. After assembly, noted a defect - knob for the lumbar support was not working. Needed to do a warranty claim with SL directly. Seller initially responded to help but subsequently went MIA on me, all my messages were ignored. Warranty directly with SL requires an invoice which the seller doesn’t provide. So no, warranty is not covered. Better to buy directly from SL which now also covers peel protection.

Seller is extremely nice and item was good and without defects. Brand new in box as promised. Very friendly guy too who came to my block to deliver the item. Definitely recommended!
