Shoes were mouldy and falling apart, seller returned the money but I wasted the delivery cost.

Sure it wasn’t mouldy - wouldn’t have sold if it was. Depending on material, not unusual for water shoes to have watermark, isn’t it? Shoes in same condition as shown in photos. Soles were not off when checked right before selling but perhaps can be tricky sometimes in Singapore weather (one wouldn’t try to tear it apart to see if it would come apart). It’s pre-loved after all, selling at $90 at store and letting go at $5. Sometimes we’d rather refund than dragging on with certain buyers.
