Sold me a dud item. Doesn't work! Says he hasn't used it before as it was a birthday present. The item does not come in a box and was not new (lots of scuff marks & some dead pixels), so don't think he hasn't used it. He knew it doesn't work! Be careful dealing with this guy!

It is not brand new and has been in a cupboard for a good 7 years (box was thrown out long ago), so minor wear and tear is expected. When buying, he inspected the item and was satisfied. Now he says it doesn't work, but it was working fine when we met up and he inspected it himself (even showed him how to put it on standby mode and turn on). He was the one that was so eager to buy it, and wanted to meet early the next day. Now that he's not happy with the purchase, he tries to make me look bad.
