Cancelled deal. offer 16 and I rejected. offered 18 but it took forever to deal. buyer should be considerate to seller as we all have commitments. since schedule cannot meet and not opting for mail, cancel deal is my only option as a buyer.
Seller was overseas till Sat and I was overseas till Sun. Offered to meet Tue and Thu but I had prior commitment, offered Mon and Wed to meet but seller couldn’t do Mon. Arranged to meet Wed evening but after that told me had to cancel our deal due to many higher offers received. Not sure how 3 more days to deal became “took forever to deal”. Could have left a deposit if requested but seller didn’t offer so probably was planning to cancel on me. Very unreliable seller so deal at your own risk.
