He is not responsible seller not trusted, he sell to me the phone rm40, but he not mention the phone simkad problem, only mention battery problem, but after komplain to him, no tell me any solution or anything to solve.the problem, i need to return the item but he ignored ,he tell me no idea about any problem.

Dear buyer, The phone was last known to be working well without issue. Given that is a very old phone with standard size sim. I do not have a physical sim card (my phone using e-sim) to test the sim card functionality to demonstrate it to you. The issue was brought up after several hours, I do have the right to suspect it was damaged by your end too. However, i would not say it like that. I strongly recomend you to take it to nearest shop for inspection or install of the sim card. Cheers
