bogus and lowballer. offered a price 300 pesos below the posted price, i accepted but she never responded. contrary to her arguments here, an offer once accepted legally perfects a valid agreement. you should educate yourself on carousell's terms and conditions and the basic laws on sale. dont waste our time, please.
