Bought a dyson airstrait from her , I specifically checked with her if it is brand new and sealed, and she confirmed yes as shown in the picture. However, during the meet up with her , I found out that the item was not sealed and it had already been opened. I took the risk to accept the product and paid for it. Thankfully, it is working fine. Hence , the 4/5 stars due to the integrity.
