The seller initially claimed they were unaware of the damage and promised a full refund, but the next day changed their mind and insisted on refunding only 50%, in a manner that felt coercive. Their attitude of ‘take it or leave it’ was extremely disappointing. This seller lacks basic honesty and responsibility - please be cautious when dealing with them.

The seller should have informed earlier that these items belonged to someone who passed away, instead of only mentioning it after the items were sold. - extremely unpleasant and shows a lack of honesty

The buyer heavily negotiated the price due to business diffculties, which I agreed out of goodwill. The item was inspected, accepted, paid for, and taken away. He later requested a full refund for an issue not raised during inspection and asked me to cover transport costs. We agreed on a 50% refund with him keeping the item. Despite multiple concessions, I was still given a 1-star review. This isolated review reflects more on the buyer’s conduct than on my reliability as a seller.
