made an honest mistake on the item i sold him and he came off aggressive almost immediately. i tried offering suggestions and he blew it off when i was earnestly trying to help him

The only suggestion you shoould have said was a refund and you did not do it! I have a right to say and act however I choose to and I really don't give a damn if it was an honest mistake. Take a hard look and yourself and ask if you have been entirely honest and fair to me as a buyer before you cast aspersions on me. You write as if YOU are the victim, give me break..!
