Yes I made the trip to where she lives for her helper to show me the bag. It was a waste of time was the bag was not ‘lightly used’ as described. Pic purposely did not show the back where the plastic was worn. I was wrong in trusting buyer description. I also requested the bag on right but she only gave me the left one with chipped paint on the bear. Yet I asked for the other bag and was willing to wait downstairs but helper said sir said no. Dishonest seller with no conscience.
