You were a veteran in online selling & buying, why didn't you probe. You were in such a hurry to buy the item. If you feel that it's not worth the money you paid for, why not send it back to me when I'm very willing to arrange for a pickup and reimburse what you paid for. I don't like someone feeling taken advantage of by me. My goodness, it's Christmas season.
I have other online shops in other apps i always do probing and very careful on my transactions. But here in Carousell I loosen up. Because i know people here were mostly honest and they tell you the flaws of their items. They even volunteer more pics to show the flaws then if its ok then you decide from there. In this case all the flaws were hidden and never mentioned. And even labeled "NEW". I suppose to give this item as a gift but never did. So sad isnt it? Anyway merry Christmas to you!

Buyer was not happy for items she bought. I missed telling her to manage her expectations. Maybe she's expecting new jeans for 250.00 2pairs of jeans that is. She proceeded on offering and paying so I thought she's ok with everything then she complaints after her expectation failed.
