Seller mailed AKK Earstuds and Pendant WITHOUT bubblewrap when items are FRAGILE. Earstuds got damaged, informed seller, but seller was not keen to offer recovery even though it was neglect on her part to not have ensured the items were protected for mailing. She insisted that I am trying to ruin her life and reputation, when I just want to warn others of her irresponsibility to offer recovery. It's not about the money here, but responsibility.
