A seller that doesn’t take responsibility when you realise the item she sells is a fake. Bought an BNIB AirPods Pro, only realised afterwards it is fake one, with quite a lot of problems. Politely explained to her & asked if she can give at least partial refund, she just started ghosting on me and left me 1star poor review with a one-sided story.

I sold this customer an original item, but he spent a week asking for a refund, saying that I was selling a fake, and I wouldn't accept the refund. A few days later, he said there were many problems with the item, and asked for some money back, but I didn't accept the refund. . When I sold it to him, he had a Scan code to verify that it was original before buying it. Today I received a comment from him about selling fake goods . I will make police report. and find a lawyer to sue him for defam
