User agreed to transact and accepted my offer. I was going to collect the package the next day but on the day next he/she told me he has sold to someone else who offered a higher price. Not sure if this is allowed in carousel, but not nice of him/ her to back out after accepting an offer.

just to add: User only told me he/ she found another buyer after I messaged him/ her to confirm on the transaction time. I'm not sure if he/ she would have bothered to inform me if I didn't text him/ her first.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was an offer that $40 more than yours and I had assumed informing you 3 hours before the agreed time to meet was sufficient. Also just to add to the above follow up. I'm sorry you're upset that you didn't get the deal you wanted to the extent you failed to consider the possibility that I was going to inform you the very same time you messaged me, which was as a reminder, 3 hours before the agreed time.
