After getting home and doing some testing, it turns out that the camcorder does not work as it should. I am unable to change from writing to the internal memory to writing to the SD card. I should be able to press the Func button in the recording mode to access the menue, but am completely unable to use the Func button in recording mode. He is ignoring my whatsapp also.
