Not a serious buyer. He asked to meet up 5pm sharp@velocity. I informed him I was on the way at 4.20pm, he sd text him when I reach. So I texted him at 4.50pm telling him I was there, he sd it was raining&he could only go later but never indicate what time. Later at 5.45pm, he sd he came but I was having dinner, I asked him to wait 20min, he just went silent within 3min of communication. I hv to wait an hour for him, but he won't even spare me 4min. Very impatient. Wasting time dealing with him.
