Above and beyond

I bought this device Ya Man, which was mentioned that it is 90 % new. I had a very good conversation with the seller. However the device worked only the first time at home. The second time, the device went quickly off and I charged it fully. After trying to use it, the device went off after a few seconds. I think that the battery is dead. I tried several times charging the device without succes. The seller won't take it back, because she told me that I bought it and it worked the first day. No matter that it didn't work anymore after the second day. Not a nice experience .

That's not the truth! Before I sell it, I charged the device & tested it work perfectly. U also checked when we trade face to face. On the 2nd day, u still used it before u comment, which is positive & u took picture with it & moisture tested,your skin have improved.More than 15day, which is not what u said on the 2nd day, u tell me the device have problem. How can I fully refund after so many days? Being responsible, I can share the repair cost but u refused & changed the comment to threaten me
