The monitor has a visible scratch and some dead pixels. Despite the scratch being clearly shown in the original listing, the seller denies the issue. I have been actively contacting the seller, but he refuses to take responsibility and has stopped responding. I had to leave a 1-star rating, already reported the case to the platform, and will escalate to the police soon.
