Unfortunately, this transaction was difficult to resolve. The bag was in good condition when shipped, with the logo intact and no visible chipping. The issue only arose after the buyer's first use, which was beyond my control. They also questioned the bag's authenticity, which I found unwarranted and disrespectful.
If I were to sell you a bag that I claimed was authentic and in good condition, only for it to break after the first use, how would you have reacted? I used the bag the way a normal person would and wasn’t rough with it. So why are you making it sound like I’m entirely at fault here? This could’ve been settled privately, but you chose to stop responding to my messages.
