Item was labelled as brand new but had some damages at the back. seller claimed to not know about this and had no photos to prove it wasn’t damaged while in his care.

I have already told him it’s opened but never been displayed and taken out, thus I didn’t know about the tiny chip at the back of the frame. Other than the chip in the picture he posted, everything is fine. I even offered a full refund and he just had to send it back to me. But he claims it’s going to be too costly. I listed at $90 and sold it to him for $75. I have the chat to prove it.
