Dont get me wrong. That was a constructive comment. Having a “no rush” shipment is not the concern. It is informing when the shipment would be is what i think you lack. And the way your respond is something that you should be conscious about. Make your buyers updated of the status of their orders, the same way you were enthusiastic in keeping is posted with our inquiries.
