Responsive seller. Item was as described. However, item was squeezed into a much too-small smartpac postage bag which left creases and item misshapen, which is unfortunate for an item which cannot be ironed much given the fabric content, and for such a pricey item. I would have preferred to purchase at full price in the store given the condition of the item after shipping. A bit disappointed.

Thank you for the feedback! Just to clarify a couple of things: the SmartPac was recommended by SingPost and the item was folded neatly to fit as shared with you. Also, the brand’s website does not state that the item cannot be ironed — it only advises that the fabric is delicate and should be handled with care, which is standard for this type of blend. A gentle hand wash or low heat/steam iron may help with any creases 🙏🏻
