Small claims tribunal decided the case in my favour. It was a pleasant chat with this seller and he was knowledgeable about the product he was buying. He tested the product in my home before taking it immediately. Multiple generous offers of partial refunds were made but he continued to pursue the claims with Small Claims. He had the right to act on what he believes in and I respect that. After many hours of admin and a hearing, I won the case. I would have preferred an amiable settlement.
