This buyer messaged me 10 days after purchase, claiming dress to be spoilt after washing. My dress was worn on harmony day this year with no issue. She spoilt it but claim my dress quality is bad. I never hear clothings will tear by itself after washing. Out of goodwill I offer replacement but she wants a refund. Even for retail shop, refund need to be within 7 days in its original good condition.

I asked for partial refund because I also realise that it wldnt be fair to u. U said u would think about it then ghosted me. And even Google affirms that fabric becomes brittle with age. You used it recently so when I washed, it gave way. It had been in the bag for the entire time as I was too busy to ask my helper to deal with it. Your replacement dress was SUPER UGLY. U did not even offer something else even though you claim to have so many of these kind of dresses.
