ended up escalating an uphappy purchase with pay pal for a CLAIM before trying to resolve the issue with me first! exaggerated that i did not describe my item properly when it says that i have used it before and then left very negative feedback on my page. now we both have to waste our time reviewing the issue via paypal!!
