She messaged me about the item she bought from me that she won’t be able to use it. Omg then why did she made an offer and paid for the item?! I think she’s not for online shopping. Just stick to shopping in malls please so you really know what you’re getting. You’re wasting online sellers time.

The buyer returned an item to me, because she did not look carefully in the uploaded pics saying that her eyes aren’t clear and the item was not as she expected. It’s the buyers responsibility to ensure that they know what they’re buying, and ask questions if they have doubts. She keeps on texting me, that’s why I agreed to return it. It was such a hassle and a waste of time and resources.
