My transaction with seller was very pleasant & fuss-free! Despite it being a long weekend due to public holiday, he still managed to get us an upgrade to exec suite and decorated for birthday occasion. Got free breakfasts & access to club lounge, as well as late checkout at 4pm. Communication with him was easy & very prompt. Highly recommend, thank you! Will definitely deal again in near future.

Tiptop, easy to deal with. Easy to get suite upgrade but make sure not during peak time (school / public holidays etc etc), other hard to get suite upgrade.
