Finally got my hands on my dream handheld. Thank you MostlyAboutNintendo. The seller was very communicative and accomodating for the ordering and shipping process. The unit was well-packed, arrived with complete accessories and no damage during shipment.

there was a week long gap before you replied again & the item had already been sold on another platform, which we overlooked. we returned your payment promptly once we realized this. we understand your disappointment, but the 1 star rating affects our shop despite the full refund and no completed transaction. we take our shop seriously, so we hope you consider both the mistake & its resolution, not just your disappointment. your shop is the one people shouldn’t trust. fairness goes both ways🙂
