Hasty and dishonest seller, I made an offer at 3.30pm on Tuesday, the same day he accepted the offer at 4.16pm, then sold it to someone else 3 hours later while I was at work and didn't get a chance to answer. His word and his promise to sell after accepting the offer means nothing, he will breach a binding contract without giving it a second thought. Greedy and dishonest!
