賣了百套，自己上網買賣多年，從來未見過咁差品德！沒誠信！欺詐的人！竟然還這樣惡人先告狀！我時間非常寶貴，過百人買貨，得你一個話要退貨我都唔想為200幾蚊野浪費時間同你爭議太多，大家協議好，我超級有禮貌說一不二，非常爽快自動先退一半錢給你寄回，你答應馬上（即刻）寄回，竟然馬上勒索我要負責來回運費，然後失蹤4日再出現鬧人，威脅話唔比掉左件貨，我有所有對話截圖證明，也馬上投訴到carousel，你是香港人誠信之都的恥辱敗類！得了便宜還賣乖！

完全是顛倒是非黑白說話，為左一盒280蚊的東西，可以埋沒人性大話連篇，小心爛咀巴！人在做！天在看！既然你覺得係假，點解收左我自願主動退一半錢比你，你話即刻寄返比我又唔寄呀！我到依家都完全收唔到！呢個係一個無誠信的人！
7 個月前（已編輯）I have been using AESOP for years, when I received the product I immediately knew it is not authentic from the packaging and the smell. I told the seller that his product is not authentic and asked for a refund he said no problem. But ended up he didn’t fully refund and asked me to return the product to him and I am the one who pay both ways courier fee and became talking rude to me. This is a bad experience dealing with this seller which lied all the way.
