Sold the first product without telling me that there was initial buyer. Now sold me a second product that is defective. Seller refused to settle this amicably by replying "no refund". When her post did not stated no refunds.

The item you bought was tested & working, incl both display ports, b4 sale. The issue arose 5 days after delivery, & you later reported that the first port also stopped working after use. I therefore can’t agree the item was defective when sold. Note, the person who picked up the item did not inspect or test it b4 taking it. I want to clarify that the item you were interested in had another interested buyer before you . You misunderstood my reply & I also did not intentionally mislead you.
