Hi, thank you for the feedback. Just to clarify, the sofa was originally listed at RM600. During our first negotiation on 18/7, you offered RM400, which I accepted. On the delivery day, the price was negotiated again to RM300 due to the Lalamove cost, and I agreed after considering the sofa’s condition. I also assisted the Lalamove rider in moving the sofa downstairs.
