Hi I’d you at unhappy with your purchase a refund is acceptable. I’m addition, we dealt through meetup, if the book was not up to your standards, I highly suggest you to drop me a text or just stop me before I leave. :) the pictures I sent of the book had no creases, so I am unsure where the creases came from. But once again, if you are unhappy with the product, a refund is acceptable.
