Easygoing buyer

Buyer made offer and I accepted. Then out of the blue they gave me 20 min (!) notice that they were coming to pick up , then came and left without it. Made another appointment for pick up and didn’t show up nor did they communicate , then much later decided it wouldn’t fit . Communication needs A LOT of improvement .
