Selling fake earpods!

Bought a pair of apple EarPods that seller claimed is "authentic" and he's selling as he is using another brand currently. Just received the pair of EarPods and there is no Apple logo on the box, EarPods are obviously NOT AUTHENTIC. Deal at your own risk. Just to let you know boy, under the Trademarks Act: Civil Infringement you can be sued up to $100,000 or more for the distribution of imitation goods and I will not hesitate to take legal action once I gather sufficient evidences.
