seller was nice and polite to deal with ! however, many complications arise like extra delivery charges that i wasnt told about when i ordered beforehand, and defects to the item. seller and meetup helper both told me item was ‘newly bought’ but when i checked. it didnt have a seal, box was damaged and scratches was seen on the lightstick. service was great but item wasnt what i would have bought. would deal again but for a different product or item. thankyou !

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. However I would like to clarify about your concerns. Firstly, the extra delivery charges was due to meeting near your convenience. Secondly, I have already stated in my bio and terms and conditions that I am not liable for any shipping/manufacturing defects. Thirdly, due to the lightstick being inspired, it most likely does not come with a seal.
