Had a sudden change of mind several hours after completing payment, then repeatedly requested a refund by solely giving unreasonable reasons.

What made the situation particularly difficult was that they seemed to assume that I must refund them immediately, simply because they changed their mind. Next time, kindly think twice before making payments and don’t assume everyone exists to fix your second thoughts on demand.
