it’s clearly written that the item require self pick up; the potential buyer 1. make offer 2. showed intention and even proactively suggested the picking up time (at early morning) in less than 3 hours before pick up, the buyer claimed it’s far away than expected and changed mind p.s. location was just a kowloon side MTR highly suggest thinking twice and read carefully before making any decisions
已約好8月17日交收，然後話唔得閒。再話約8月19日，說時間待定，結果仍未定到時間。再約8月24日又話時間待定，結果8月24日前嘗試聯絡並未回覆。
