Transaction done but twas an absolutely horrible, stressful experience. Buyer was told many times to get extra helper for MALM drawers (62kg) + table (30kg). First driver (with helper) cancelled; husband rebooked and sent only 1 young van driver. Husband was rude, dismissive, adamant, talked over me and the mover, refused responsibility; my husband had to help carry. We charged +RM40 for manpower
Thank you for your feedback. However, this review does not reflect the full situation. The original driver cancelled at the last minute, which was beyond our control. We arranged another driver immediately, paid the additional RM40 manpower charge, and completed the transaction successfully. We believe reviews should be fair and based on the full circumstances.
