the person stated that the wig is not the same colour as the picture. we apologise in that case, but however in this case. this buyer already collected the wig used it for their event and only after the event she complained it’s not the same . before knowing they used it, they also stated “$20 wasted” in our negative review and we immediately wanted to issue a refund.
9 個月前（已編輯）The seller missed the fact that they are misleading customers by using a completely different photo to promote their peoduct.The wig was overall low quality as well as the wrong color. I didnt have much time left to return the item hence,I requested for a partial refund and return on a different date. However the seller continued to be rude, spamming me and insisting on same day return. Its really sad to see that they dont keep an open mind and try to understand the customer's pov, scammer.
