sold me a fake bag. I asked her if it's real and she said yes. took it home to check, it's not lambskin, smells like synthetic leather, leather sample is clearly not lambskin (look at the grain) and the booklet contains error fonts on the company address. https://carousell.com/p/10628 Asked for refund without success, the lady insisted it's real and that I'm accusing her. 仲鬧返我轉頭，笑死。
