Seller initially priced each chair at 10 SGD, later raised to 20 SGD. Despite needing one, I bought two… Cracks found in one chair post-purchase, not disclosed. One image reused from another listing (see purple arrow), didn’t accurately represent product. Transaction smooth, but seller should’ve been transparent about defects, offered discount. Lesson learned - should have checked carefully.

Cheat of a person. Bought couple of items. Paid for shipping too. The item description is all misleading and quality is worst. 1. The conditioner description says it’s unused. The bottle received is almost half empty. It not even feels like oil, feels like some soapy water. 2. Bought 2 tops. Listing says “lightly used” . Both of them are torn.One top is hand stitched to cover torn part.

I felt cheated, when I received the products. The seller partially refunded money after realising mistake. 1. The conditioner description said unused. However, the bottler received was half empty. 2. Bought 2 top. Description said “lightly used” , but they were both torn. For one top it was even sewed up in black thread to hide torn part, still it was visible.
