The buyer received the item and only reported issues two days later. I sold my item without any problems, only to find out it was broken on the right side two days after it arrived. Despite this, I refunded the money and got my AirPods back. I do not sell spoiled items, if it was spoiled I would have indicated on the post. However I still got a negative review from the buyer 👍
You forgotten there's the mailing process taking up to 5 days. If you would have tested it and reconnect it to your iPhone and show me that it's connecting to your device, yes I would take it as it's working. I buy it based on trust but seems that the trust has been taken for granted. If you can't accept the 2 star feedback, please describe the item properly and not relying on AI generated description :)
