Photo of monitor condition with only 1 line was given to buyer on the deal day. And buyer agreed to the condition and accepted no refund after deal. Now, 20 days later of usage give me bad review when luck do not favor him. Do review all my screenshots. Too bad seller can not post photo. What a unfair system.

I reported the issue to the seller the very next day ie 1 day after collecting the monitor the night before…. Not 20 days later. However the seller refused to refund.

Seller is not trustworthy. She informed me that all items were in good condition, but after receiving these, the hose was completely spoiled, the power nozzle was missing, and the machine condition was very bad. Later, she said the item belonged to her auntie and that she didn’t know much about it. Completely disappointed and a total waste of money. Would not recommend buying from this seller.

Unfortunate transaction to deal with a buyer who doesn’t read the ad description properly. The item and accessories are clearly written and photographed. There wasn’t any power nozzle at all. This is rainbow vacuum, easily worth $2k+, was advertised at $499 and buyer offered below $200. I agreed to sell cheap and yet to receive such an ungrateful review. Unlucky me! Vacuum still works well. Not spoilt, idk how the buyer operate this premium vacuum.
