1 star. Buyer sent an offer, which I accepted, but kept saying they would pay on a certain day and never did. This went on for about a week until the transaction was ultimately abandoned. Please don’t make offers if you don’t intend to follow through. A simple message letting me know you were no longer interested would have been enough. Please don’t waste sellers’ time.
